The Oakdale has two bedrooms with lounge pullout double bed for those additional visitors.
It has an en-suite in the master bedroom along with a large well laid out family shower room with shower toilet and hand basin.
The master bedroom is large with plenty of wardrobe space.
The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe space.
The kitchen area is well equipped with full size gas cooker with extractor, microwave and fridge freezer. It also has free standing dining furniture.

  • Hi Could you tell me if this caravan is still available and at what price?

    Does the price include site fee’s for 2023?

    Is there good 4G connectivity or the option to have private wifi in the caravan?

    • Hi Chris,
      Thanks for your enquiry. The caravan is still available and is £40,000. It doesn’t include site fees but they are only £3360 which (as you are probably aware) is a lot less than most caravan parks in the area. The 4G connection is ok but we have had a brand new (dedicated) Wifi connection so the reception is excellent.

    • Hi Chris,
      Thanks for your enquiry. Not sure what your mean by the length of lease but we don’t have a 10 year rule, so if purchase a new or second hand caravan on our park, you can keep it as long as you choose. The annual fees will be £3360 + vat for next season and they include site fees & rates. The only extra charges are an annual gas test for safety, and your personal electric & gas usage.
      We are full at the moment, but expect to have 2 caravans become available for sale at the end of this month for next season. (oct 31st)
